Ingredients For Soup:

250 grams boneless chicken (small pieces)

1 medium onion (chopped)
A small carrot (chopped)
1 small potato (chopped)
2 tablespoons sweet corn
1 tablespoon oil
4 cups water or chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon cornflour (optional, for thickness)
Method:
First heat oil in a pan then add chopped onion. Cook until soft.
Meanwhile add garlic paste and chicken pieces, cook for 3–4 minutes until the chicken turns become white.
Add carrot, potato, and sweet corn. Then mix well.
Now pour in water or chicken stock meanwhile add salt and black pepper.
Then cover and reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15–20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
But if you want a thicker soup, dissolve cornflour in 2 tablespoons of water and add it to the soup.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes while stirring.
Finally turn off the heat and serve hot.
Serving Suggestions:
Now serve this chicken vegetable soup hot with toasted bread or crackers. Because it tastes best when freshly prepared.
